An app says Libby is missing
Make sure the drive or network location is available. Then open Libby, choose Locate Libby, and select your existing folder.
Calamity Workshop data connector
Libby gives Calamity Workshop apps one reliable place to save your work—on your computer, under your control.
Stays put
Your apps always know where to find this small connector.
C:\Users\you\libby-dbGoes with you
Your actual app data lives here. Move the folder whenever you want.
Set up once
Download and run the Libby installer.
Choose where you want your portable Libby folder to live.
Open any supported Calamity Workshop app. It finds Libby automatically.
Move it later
Libby remembers your portable folder. When you move it, simply point the connector to its new home.
Close any apps currently using Libby.
Move the entire Libby folder to your drive, NAS, Dropbox, or another folder.
Open Libby and choose Locate Libby, then select the folder you moved.
Your portable Libby folder holds your app data. Libby keeps only a small libby-db connector under your Windows user profile so your apps can find that folder after you move it.
Quick help
Make sure the drive or network location is available. Then open Libby, choose Locate Libby, and select your existing folder.
Choose the original Libby folder itself—not a folder above or inside it. Libby checks its hidden identity marker before reconnecting.
